SHINEBOX PRINT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

Order Approval

Users of this website are fully responsible for proofing and approving their files prior to submitting their files for printing. Shinebox Print is not liable for errors in the final product related to any of the following issues: misspellings, inproperly set up files, flawed graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts and punctuation.

By submitting and approving artwork to Shinebox Print for the purposes of printing, the user agrees to the following:

I am satisfied with the appearance of my digital proofs as presented to me on this website. I have verified that all spelling and content is correct. I understand that my files will print EXACTLY as they appear in this digital proofs. I understand that I may not be able to make any changes once I have approved my digital proofs and placed my order.

Color Proofing & Matching

Shinebox Print cannot guarantee color matching or ink density on files provided by users. While digital screen proofs can reliably portray the final appearance of design, text, image proportion and image placement, they cannot anticipate final printed color with 100% accuracy. Our digital, four-color printing technology is designed to deliver outstanding color quality at a cost much lower than conventional offset printing. We strive to consistently deliver the industry standard in “pleasing color” and make any reasonable adjustment to ensure that colors in provided files print as accurately as possible. However, because of the complexities of color-matching across devices, we cannot match colors exactly as they might appear on your computer monitor, printer or similar proofing device. In certain cases, there may be a subtle color variation from one order to the next.

Refunds

No refunds given once we begin your order, which means we have received your necessary artwork and approval to proceed and started work on your job. No partial refunds given for work not completed. If you believe you have made a mistake after you have submitted your order you may contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@shineboxprint.com or 602-476-2386. If we can stop your order from continued processing we will. If printing has started we will be unable to stop our order and you are responsible for payment in full.

Turnaround Times

Stated turnaround times start only after all materials required to complete your order have been received. Allow additional time for final delivery relative to the shipping option that you select. Because of potential, unforseen shipping delays beyond our control, such as weather or operational breakdowns, Shinebox Print cannot guarantee stated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Shinebox Print and its content suppliers do not grant any express or implied rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.

Nonexclusive License

Shinebox Print grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and display the our website and the material provided herein for personal use, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Shinebox Print. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Shinebox Print without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Shinebox Print’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Shinebox Print. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Shinebox Print. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of ShineboxPrint.com so long as the link does not portray Shinebox Print, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Shinebox Print logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

Shinebox Print does not regularly review information submitted to our website for the purposes of placing an order. If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Shinebox Print does not sell products to children or minors. If you are under 18, you may use ShineboxPrint.com only with consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Shinebox Print reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Shinebox Print reserves the right to delete and take other appropriate action with respect to such messages, information or files with which Shinebox Print, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including denying access to the site to anyone at anytime.

Shinebox Print reserves the right to use materials submitted by users of this website, in its sole discretion, for certain marketing or promotional purposes, contingent upon the prior approval of said users.

Purchases

All items purchased from Shinebox Print are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shinebox Print is based in Phoenix, Arizona and all transactions take place on Shinebox Print’s servers located in Phoenix, Arizona. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of our website shall be instituted in Phoenix, AZ. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Phoenix, AZ courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
