REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND

Shinebox Print makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@shineboxprint.com to inquire about having your order re-printed or receiving a refund. All requests for a re-print or refund must be made within five (5) days of receiving your shipment. Please type “Attention Customer Service” in the subject line. In order to obtain a full refund, minus the original cost of shipping, you must first return your order to Shinebox Print’s corporate offices at 10645 North Tatum Blvd, Suite 200-521, Phoenix, AZ 85028. Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Before you inquire about a refund

Shinebox Print will correct obvious production errors such as flawed printing, cutting and assembly. However, Shinebox Print is not responsible for production errors caused by customer-provided files that contain errors such as:

  • Improper set up of bleeds
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Incorrect resolution
  • Incorrect file dimensions
  • Visible crop marks
  • Incorrect card orientation
  • Spelling or grammar errors

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

Once you’ve approved and submitted your order it goes directly into our print queue. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact our Customer Service Department immediately at customerservice@shineboxprint.com or call us at (602)476-2386. We will do all we can to stop your order. If more than 24-hours has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order has not printed. If your order has printed, you are responsible for payment if full. Please be sure to check your files carefully before approving your order and proceeding to check out.

A note about color accuracy

Our digital, four-color printing technology is designed to deliver outstanding color quality at a cost much lower than conventional offset printing. We strive to consistently deliver the industry standard in “pleasing color” and make any reasonable adjustment to ensure that colors in provided files print as accurately as possible. However, because of the complexities of color-matching across devices, we cannot match colors exactly as they might appear on your computer monitor, printer or similar proofing device. In certain cases, there may be a subtle color variation from one order to the next.

If you need assistance in preparing your files, you may contact our Design Services department at design@shineboxprint.com. Please be advised that there may be a service fee involved. You will be advised of any such fee before the charge is applied.
